Your million dollar salary
stolen from us islanders
who have no way to travel
but take your boats home
charging us millions
for your fat pay cheque
I want you fired now
You have robbed us blind
Sunk the queen of the north
Over charged us each trip
You take home twenty thousand
That is your weeks salary
Imagine that as a pay packet
While we struggle to find
Eighty five dollars to board
Stealing our ferry money
every week stealing ours
To over pay yourself well

Never travel When Your Sick
Never travel when your sick
It only gets much worse
Your in a far of place
Dreaming of your own bed
Throwing up in bathrooms
unfamiliar territory
better stay home now
home where you know
the lay of the land
It only gets much worse
Your in a far of place
Dreaming of your own bed
Throwing up in bathrooms

His road is red
He stands between the sun and the moon
He walks with bears on the red road
He is a modest a man of true soul
He is a essence of divinity itself
He is kind he is like a water fall
Beloved green crystal ray brother
He walks with bears on the red road
He is a modest a man of true soul
He is a essence of divinity itself
He is kind he is like a water fall

Air India Flight 182 was an Air India flight operating on the MontrĂ©al-London-Delhi route. On 23 June 1985, the airplane operating on the route — a Boeing 747-237B (c/n 21473/330, reg VT-EFO) named after Emperor Kanishka — was blown up by a bomb while in Irish airspace, at an altitude of 31,000 feet (9,400 m), and crashed into the Atlantic Ocean. 329 people perished, including 280 Canadian citizens, mostly of Indian birth or descent, and 22 Indians.[1] The incident was the largest mass murder in modern Canadian history. The explosion and downing of the carrier occurred within an hour of the related Narita Airport Bombing.
Investigation and prosecution took almost 20 years and was the most expensive trial in Canadian history, costing nearly CAD $130 million. Only one person was convicted of involvement in the bombing, after pleading guilty in 2003 to manslaughter. The Governor General-in-Council in 2006 appointed former Supreme Court justice John Major to conduct a commission of inquiry and his report was completed and released on 17 June 2010. It was found that a "cascading series of errors" by the Government of Canada, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, and the Canadian Security Intelligence Service had allowed the terrorist attack to take place.

On a plane
On a plane to Belfast years ago
reading a book by Charles Ferris
Somewhere mid Atlantic I awake
the sign overhead says "Your life
jacket is under the seat" I look
across to see passengers wearing
orange life jackets in rows of
dimmed light they sit and wait
the plane dives and we all die
crashing in silence into water
my life is over now I rest again
the plane is landing in belfast
I am alive but what a nightmare
Years later another plane ride
They all die over the Atlantic
Near to Cork City I see children
Indian children perfect beautiful
Oh my God I was with them then
before their time I was there
in a jet over the ocean no life
jackets saved them dear dear souls

Brave beautiful soul Canada killed you
They call it Corrections Canada
Instead they need to call it Hell
Fifth Estate told me your story
I will go to Kitchner in spring
Write your name in red across
Their big flat barbed wire jail
Call them Nazi doctors out and
Shoot them full of drugs
Ashley Smith dear sainted child
showed them their torture souls
Cruel inhumane Corrections Canada
Wake up you silly bastards wake up

Wiwanyag Wachipi
Grandpa Pat came to talk with me
He sat in the chair by the door
Hanblecheyapi Inipi explainer of things
He said "Your ready to dance now girl"
I looked at him and scorned his words
If I can't hold one vision in balance
What makes you think I can go to the tree
Sundance four days in the sun and melt
My beloved wise gentle elder
Who guided me through thick and thin
When I was seeing things he listened
Not like them bloody doctors with drugs
Grandpa Big Smoke was a spirit warrior
He walked to death a free man silent
When his ashes were returned to water
That morning sun gifted us all brilliantly
He sat in the chair by the door
Hanblecheyapi Inipi explainer of things

went for a walk
early morning half awake air is cold damp
as grandfather sun rises in the east
dog guides me up the road
into the path of sun
blessed Jesus Christ
you shine into my soul core
I find myself alive again
in the moment of time
as grandfather sun rises in the east
dog guides me up the road
into the path of sun
blessed Jesus Christ
you shine into my soul core
I find myself alive again
in the moment of time

This day in mine
This day is mine and I haul horse manure
across the island to the next one over
I haul four wheel barrows of good shit
The rabbi trades me apples and candles
I tell him now is the time to plant garlic
Spunky the wonder truck will be a veteran
the tape deck is grand the music is celtic
the sea is smooth and the tunes fit well
four wheel barrows of stallion manure to
grow fine strong white bulbs of garlic
what more could one ask for than peace
earth soil and horse shit for life
if only every day were like this one
across the island to the next one over
I haul four wheel barrows of good shit
The rabbi trades me apples and candles
I tell him now is the time to plant garlic
Spunky the wonder truck will be a veteran
the tape deck is grand the music is celtic

The Rain of Terror
Standing on ancient Derry walls waiting
hundred and hundreds of people marching
in muffled anger as black clad priests
tried to hold them back some had sticks
maybe broom handles or spade handles
waving them a contained sea of anger
with no sound they walked to the gates
this is Derry August 9th 1969

with no sound they walked to the gates

Van Morrison interviews Jian Ghomeshi
The audience comes
along with you
Unconsciously in a
light trace
Fame is a projection
by the propagandists
Van you are 64
famously internal
I have much more knowledge
Musically I am in the moment
transcend a neutral state
it just is and you are there
to ask a singer to speak his song
is like asking a red robin why he
sings
along with you

Big tall woman comes to visit
She stumbles thru life relating only to her art
her photographs of nature of talking trees
human beings defy her reality and her head
is all ashew from too many brain injuries
her journey in life is only with abstract
her life is abstract the poor dear woman
she imagines her death now in the snow
where a minus seven will take her onwards
she is a pain in the ass as a guest always
never washes her plates or cooks a meal
she is seventy and will be on a bus soon

Miners
Waiting for each one to come back from underground
the love in palpable as each one emerges to the top
back to the earth surface back to fresh air and light
around the world a sigh of relief gratitude and joy
men being born from the womb of mother earth
men coming back from the deep in a round tube
each one wearing dark glasses to protect eyes
what an effort of all involved what a journey
when so many die this is a story of power
this is a story of a people who have suffered
down thru time and now they get to really
celebrate the love that is current and strong
around we the world we midwifed them back
men from the heart of mother earth men alone
the love in palpable as each one emerges to the top
back to the earth surface back to fresh air and light

The end of my tether
Its an expression I use when I want to scream
at everyone in the room piss off leave me be
Its only myself that I am screaming at really
It only means I have not not taken time to
be in my own state of grace. I take a walk
in the bright brisk fresh air of the early morn
Its the messy disorder of rooms the feng shui
is all wrong I need a sledge hammer to take
out halls and lift floors and put in doorways
maybe its a bigger house I need in Mexico
with hallways of rust colored brown tile
rooms filled with vases of flowers scenting
Our lives are way to busy he makes things
builds speakers looks for things all day
I follow him answering every question
where is that thing he put down yesterday
where is that thing he needs right now
why was he head injured in the first place
When I am at the end of my tether I feel
sorry for myself and wish I was away far
far from this bloody little house with its
too small rooms where nothing fits well
then I want to walk bare foot on sand
in and have only dinner to contemplate
at everyone in the room piss off leave me be
Its only myself that I am screaming at really
It only means I have not not taken time to
be in my own state of grace. I take a walk

Jesus
YHWAH your name no vowels
Blessed are the poor in spirit theirs is the kingdom
of heaven.
Blessed are they that mourn they shall be comforted.
Blessed are the meek they shall inherit the earth.
Blessed are they that hunger and thirst after
righteousness they shall be filled.
Blessed are the merciful they shall obtain mercy.
Blessed are the pure in heart they shall see God.
Blessed are the peacemakers they shall be called
sons of God.
Blessed are they that have been persecuted for
righteousness theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are ye when men shall reproach you,
and persecute you, and say all manner of evil
against you falsely, for my sake.
Rejoice, and be exceeding glad great is your reward
in heaven for they persecuted the prophets before you.
Ye are the salt of the earth but if the salt have lost
its savor, it is thenceforth good for nothing,
but to be cast out and trodden under foot of men.
Ye are the light of the world.
A city set on a hill cannot be hid.
Do men light a lamp, and put it under the bushel,
but on the stand ; and it shines to all that are in the house.
Even so let your light shine before men, that they may
see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
Think not that I came to destroy the law or the prophets
I came not to destroy, but to fulfill.

Torture Death and Longing
Let me soar beyond this plane
to visit the inside of reality
Let me walk with the elements
The chief gave me this name
Moves Fire Woman and said
make a shield for Ireland
The blade nicked my finger
I watched the drops fall
across the painted canvas
fox appeared and then bear
these are stories of spirit
I flew the shield to Ireland
found the tail of a red fox
to visit the inside of reality
Let me walk with the elements
The chief gave me this name
Moves Fire Woman and said
make a shield for Ireland
The blade nicked my finger
I watched the drops fall

Tell the Truth
Take the perfect moment and relay it
my life has been so sound so real
so visible thank you great spirit
for giving me the gift of life to
come here yet again to stand for
FREEDOM FREEDOM FREEDOM FREEDOM
They put me in jail for trees
They put me in a mental ward
They forced drugged me asleep
They sectioned me under 28(1)
They let me know their power
They have no idea of my power
my life has been so sound so real
so visible thank you great spirit
for giving me the gift of life to
come here yet again to stand for

Three men at the door in Tofino
We had posted for sale signs
dreaming of land else where
they arrived Saturday Morning
early before breakfast coffee
meeting them in the yard I
assumed they were real estate
until one's jacket flew back
revealing a holstered weapon
of death startled I demanded
his name his company badge
it read Nanaimo detachment
RCMP,no name there I asked
for more,he produced a card
a photograph and an initial
what does the P stand for he
said Paul,I turned to man 2
who are you I asked- immigration
you are a nurse from N Ireland
you have been ten years now
oh I asked and can you tell me the
color of my bedroom wallpaper
dreaming of land else where

Handcuffed
The judge ordered me removed from his court
out of his presence I was taken by the arm
in the hallway the brown suited guard mangled
both my arms into handcuffs I screamed loudly
three times I screamed a loud warrior roar
two guards appeared in the elevator demanding
me to enter I said "What me a woman handcuffed
get into this elevator with you two men No"
Again I am manhandled into the elevator
taken to the basement and escorted down a
long dark hallway to a desk behind stood
another brown suit and a big tough woman
I said "Take these handcuffs of me I am not
a criminal" He sniggered my wife likes them
I sank into my soul and sang a sweet refrain
out of his presence I was taken by the arm

Temple
Holy sacred sounds emanate from deep inside
becoming a channel of peace crying the song
of past sufferings down thru time to now.
Behind me stand generations of old ones
long gone into the sea of souls again
life is a breath in and out deep and long
I long to be free to soar beyond this
body suite and yet here I am breathing
here I am in the flesh to experience
the feel of gentle warm wind the
glorious sensation of cold water on skin
the sight of the morning stars filling
the sky oh glorious earth thank you
oh giant mother thank you and father sky
you are my beloved parents and I your child
becoming a channel of peace crying the song
of past sufferings down thru time to now.

Ancient Hag
Once I flew to Belfast to give solace to a man in intensive care
" All healing lies with you and you can heal your broken body"
Later that afternoon he had a nightmare dream and screamed loud
He said an old hag appeared at his bedside and scared him awake
She was bent and had the face of a hawthorn bush like no other
He said she came from deep in the land to his bed and woke him
"All healing lies within your own soul son -mend your own bones"
Charles Ferris took my watch and held it close to read vibrations
"Your a very old soul" he said "I see men around you dying"
I thought of my brother Norman and my brother Noel and all my
other brothers dying and wondered why am I here, who am I
Oh Charles I said "I don't want to be old,I want to be young"
"That is your dilemma daughter, your self is like a bicycle
wheel, the center is your soul, the spokes your life and journey
you have to center your journey with the purpose of your soul
become one with that deep well of your existence by meditation"

Visiting New York
From war torn Belfast I fled in September
landing into a humid sweltering heat
Hot air rose from the city sewers
Yellow cabs darted horns honking
I could hear singers sing ancient
aires of celebration for the millions
who arrived before on starvation ships
I met the same person on the street
two days in a row and thought New York
its just a big village and I laughed
I embraced every nook and cranny
I asked endless directions to thirty
third street just to hear the sound
They became my family the whole city
They helped me forget the bullets
Forget the bombing the blood the gore
The nightmare of my daily life before
the universe presented me with a gift
New York welcomed me with open arms
Gave me shelter from the storm
I was alone but never lonely there
Oh my New York how I love thee still
landing into a humid sweltering heat
Hot air rose from the city sewers
Yellow cabs darted horns honking
I could hear singers sing ancient
aires of celebration for the millions
who arrived before on starvation ships
I met the same person on the street
two days in a row and thought New York

Saturday Market on Denman Island
She approaches my table and speaks
She suffers from great sorrow
She was in New York on September
She was a block from the twin towers
She had tears in her heart telling
She lost one of her students then
She was told to get out of New York
She needed to reconnect to the earth
She suffered from physical torture
She suffered from emotional torture
She would be haunted for some time
She breathed in the ashes of metal
She breathed in a thousand deaths
She was a teacher a healer a mother
She was in New York on September 11th
She suffers from great sorrow

Sitting at my desk on that fair morning
my window brought death massive death
overcome into hell I leap to escape
falling I am falling into the light
of the fresh air around me swirling
beyond normal I am free at last free
He looks across to the window opposite
sees people falling to their death
he orders everyone out out now out
down the stairwell fleeing death
survival mode kicks in real strong
get out get out get out get out out
smells sights sounds forever impinged
on each mind seared into unconscious
in Canada we watch on our television
far away from sound sight and smell
well maybe not from sight we are all
victims of that morning in New York
Leaders in command spring to action
nothing is working the systems jams
there are four thousand planes flying
how many pilots are on suicide missions
forty five planes are diverted to Canada
all passenger planes are grounded now
he phones his wife to tell her bad news
fight back fight back save these people
Jesus Mary and Joesph this day of hell
brought to the heart and minds of America
Condalessa stays real cool a level headed
woman in command position she thinks clear
thoughts she is no dummy and she acts from
her heart centered core place of reason
The towers fell on 411 emergency workers
over two thousand office workers die
in the roar of that hell fire devil
Jesus Mary and Joesph some survived
their stories are printed on our hearts
the ones who died we will never know
only the survivors can speak it for us
miracles happened and a thousand heroes
rose that day to help each other live
Unless you were there you can only imagine
Jesus Allah Buddha all the names great spirit
goes by were invoked that day and all people
became of one mind one heart and one soul
my window brought death massive death
overcome into hell I leap to escape
falling I am falling into the light
of the fresh air around me swirling
beyond normal I am free at last free

well maybe not from sight we are all
victims of that morning in New York
Leaders in command spring to action
nothing is working the systems jams
there are four thousand planes flying
how many pilots are on suicide missions
forty five planes are diverted to Canada
all passenger planes are grounded now
he phones his wife to tell her bad news
fight back fight back save these people
Jesus Mary and Joesph this day of hell
brought to the heart and minds of America
Condalessa stays real cool a level headed
woman in command position she thinks clear
thoughts she is no dummy and she acts from
her heart centered core place of reason
The towers fell on 411 emergency workers
over two thousand office workers die
in the roar of that hell fire devil
Jesus Mary and Joesph some survived
their stories are printed on our hearts
the ones who died we will never know
only the survivors can speak it for us
miracles happened and a thousand heroes
rose that day to help each other live
Unless you were there you can only imagine
Jesus Allah Buddha all the names great spirit
goes by were invoked that day and all people
became of one mind one heart and one soul

Rising with the Yogi Masters
The nectar of dawn calls me forth
to contemplate my breath of being
in the temple of peace and gentleness
I open my heart and connect with all
its in the breath you know all of it
sat nam oh sat nam I feel you deep
Ram Das you leaned the secrets well
with your long flowing black beard
contemplation of the nirvana of life
the breath slows the chatter of mind
the breath holds the oneness of being
to contemplate my breath of being
in the temple of peace and gentleness
I open my heart and connect with all
its in the breath you know all of it
sat nam oh sat nam I feel you deep
Ram Das you leaned the secrets well
with your long flowing black beard

the breath holds the oneness of being

standing on the brink
Between these worlds my pen pens thoughts
between these breaths my fingers hit buttons
Where did I learn that love was about hate
where did I go wrong on my eternal journey
I love the space between us more than any
those times when I am free to be just me
we burn bliss some days and other karma
at the end of it all I have only myself heart
my one true kind sympathetic heart for you
you my sunshine you my rain and moments
last night I gave up the fight for your life
in dreamtime I saw you nameless faceless
torturing me with cool clear calculated eye
is she dead yet you said to someone else
I am the queen of Scotland you are not
I will breathe freedom and never give in
this sacred soul of mine is eternal forever
between these breaths my fingers hit buttons
Where did I learn that love was about hate
where did I go wrong on my eternal journey
I love the space between us more than any
those times when I am free to be just me

There will be days like this
My beloved Van Morrison turned sixty five yesterday
May he only become younger as he turns older
May his heart be full as all the songs he penned
May his sacred sainted heart be beating strong
May the green celtic ray protect this whole earth
May he only become younger as he turns older
May his heart be full as all the songs he penned
May his sacred sainted heart be beating strong
May the green celtic ray protect this whole earth

Ruth
Eighty one she speaks her pain
to a distant human being
not a healer at all her fear
bounces around the room of doubt
and Ruth's blood pressure goes
skyward as her body collapses
now she lies in a bed in hospital
her left feminine side resigned
as her heart squeezes in agony
Ruth I am here by your side
a million miles away I am here
long distance calls you breath
and I sing your heart song as
you walks between the worlds
to a distant human being
not a healer at all her fear
bounces around the room of doubt
and Ruth's blood pressure goes
skyward as her body collapses
now she lies in a bed in hospital
her left feminine side resigned
as her heart squeezes in agony
Ruth I am here by your side
a million miles away I am here
long distance calls you breath
and I sing your heart song as
you walks between the worlds
The road into the red
Spirit moves me to the dance
I grab a shirt of my husband
and the flag from my truck
need drum pipe and tobacco
music drives me to the dance
I arrive with the dawn light
my sisters and brothers are
all neatly gathered a sight
for sore eyes as smoke rises
and the buffalo drum begins
We are twenty two sundancers
entering the arbor to pray
for everything good to come
rainbow joins us as she bends
low across the arbor the tree
of life is looking mighty thin
Oh ya ta wama yanka po chanupa
we greet the grandfather rising
we dance awake the holy sacred
and dance the sun across the sky
sacred earth sacred sky we are
your children dancing for balance
I grab a shirt of my husband
and the flag from my truck
need drum pipe and tobacco
music drives me to the dance
I arrive with the dawn light
my sisters and brothers are
all neatly gathered a sight
for sore eyes as smoke rises
and the buffalo drum begins

Waking Nightmare
Jostled out of the dream into a scream
diab0lo is haunting me again my fears
my right nostril is jammed shut my
left shoulder is in pain and I aware
of every physical presence of body
my belly is bloated nine months out
I ask my husband to please pump
the air our of my belly into my brain
I see the head injury that happened
to help me cope with my life of loss
he pumps the air into my brain again
and heals my broken head it is then
only them that my heart can open to
allow my own self to be compassionate
I am God on the bus I am naked and
at a loss for polite words to excuse
my state of being in this beingless
time Oh body how I love your way
diab0lo is haunting me again my fears

Aged Four
The wardrobe of dark heavy wood
held my curiosity for years
the mirror transfixed me
barely able to see my self
I opened the mirror door
climbed in and with angry
toppled the whole damn
thing over my mother
heard the distant thud
At four years old I was
extremely pissed off at
the world for taking my
mother away I was beyond
any sanity locked in grief
I was suicidal then imagine
mammy mammy was repalced
by another mammy who was
not a mammy at all she
was cruel and mean cold
I wardrobe fell with me
inside my brain knocked
over and split into
a different way of being
like cauliflower smashed
the pieces lying open
my brain my tidal waves
of reasoning gone forever
but now I knit them back
these discombobulated words
held my curiosity for years
the mirror transfixed me
barely able to see my self
I opened the mirror door
climbed in and with angry
toppled the whole damn
thing over my mother
heard the distant thud

Saturday On Denman Island
Did you mind the music blaring
from my car pipes and poets
strangers on the shore I take
you to the places of interest
the forest ocean to gather shells
to walk amongst tall trees you
lost lonely mental deranged
the moon shell waits for you
the beach is always the best
place to shop to find treasures
then to the free store for
that garment you need to wear
saturday morning market fresh
bread and flowers and food
these people take time to cook
run down to Piercy's farm for
corn that tastes like heaven
the view is stunning angled
spirit leads me where to be
and what to say never confused
I feel your soul looking in
we are fleeting moments in tyme
from my car pipes and poets
strangers on the shore I take
you to the places of interest
the forest ocean to gather shells
to walk amongst tall trees you
lost lonely mental deranged
the moon shell waits for you

Saturday Morning August 2010
Smoke hangs on the mountain tops
fire rages through distant forest
homes are gone forever memories
burned into black rubble decay
life itself is so fleeting
let go let go let go of all
for time is but a moment
of waking thought let it be
a prayer for peace and love
He coughs and will not speak
the pain of his soul his grief
his mother dead by her own hand
arrested his development forever
sweet wonderful person of heart
fire rages through distant forest
homes are gone forever memories
burned into black rubble decay
life itself is so fleeting
let go let go let go of all
for time is but a moment
of waking thought let it be
a prayer for peace and love
He coughs and will not speak
the pain of his soul his grief
his mother dead by her own hand
arrested his development forever

black widow spider
rumor has it that nasty spider
kills her mate
can it be so, I mean nasty
like a woman without a heart
uses her guile
to trap any old man walking
callous and cold
black widow spider is leaving tomorrow and I am glad really really glad
kills her mate
can it be so, I mean nasty
like a woman without a heart
uses her guile
to trap any old man walking
callous and cold
black widow spider is leaving tomorrow and I am glad really really glad
Murder in our house
The mouse was not dead
silly bugger caught in a
trap that I set for him
he struggled all day
and all night to live
I had to drown him
even after I threw
the trap and him
in the water he
was swimming
trap and all
so I held him under
and he is dead
with his eyes
open looking at me
oh God who have I
murdered
silly bugger caught in a
trap that I set for him
he struggled all day
and all night to live
I had to drown him
even after I threw
the trap and him
in the water he
was swimming
trap and all
so I held him under
and he is dead
with his eyes
open looking at me
oh God who have I

Victims Services
what did I expect, them to apologize
and say we have set up a meeting
for you to give back to Hunter
the violence he took out on you.
instead they smile and say
sorry you do not fit our mandate
should I tell them their mandate
is outdated -
forget this urgent search for
justice the only true justice is
to forgive and forget and let
your shoulder forget the pain
your delicate feminine side
dangle you can't pick up the pieces
the pieces are gone now
gone in the violent attack
gone in the cocktail of
hadol and activan after
he lied\ Mr. RCMP
victims services became a police
controlled institution after
the rape crisis centers were denied
funding,gotta keep them women
in line, shut them up hide
the real facts about abuse
now the police control the abused
abuser and the purse strings
mental health act - political tool
write to the minister tell tell tell
over and over again tell tell tell
on24th January 2003 I made a
simple mistake,drove onto a ferry
could have driven off safetly
only my truck was blocked
who made the call ???????
BC Ferry cooperation shreds report
my community gossips
I am the crazy one
the one with the broken left side
feminine side broken wing
the men protect the men
the woman dangle on ropes

Solace
In this place of peace
birds sing dawn awake
and far off rosters crow
in this place of peace
I drink in the solitude
of morning knowing
it can all change
grandfather sun shines
into my fragmented soul
and knits the sinews of
my heart together again
a raven calls out
never forget the magic
the moment is here now
birds sing dawn awake
and far off rosters crow
in this place of peace
I drink in the solitude
of morning knowing
it can all change
grandfather sun shines
into my fragmented soul
and knits the sinews of

PTSD
Somewhere over the hill
men are blasting rock
the two hundred pound
bomb explodes suddenly
without warning I am
in the streets of Belfast
where shards of glass
miss my face by inches
where blood and limbs
lie twisted in frames
and agony is written
in stone faces of dead
I am here but there
running in the rubble
as sirens roar loud
I gather dead children
sweet faces still now
I wipe the dirt away
mother of God help
the place is no more
the man in the corner
took a direct hit and
shrapnel imbedded
where his eyes were
he is dead for sure
still holding hands
with a his only son
both their legs gone
I am running now
across the field
it is twenty years
since Belfast but
in this loud noise
I am there again
transported by sound
the men blasting
have no idea where
I have been or seen
men are blasting rock
the two hundred pound
bomb explodes suddenly
without warning I am

Winifred
Breast fed me till they came
to take me away from her
not caring for my hunger
they stole me from her
mother mother mother
I cried at the window
cried forever till tears
became the ice on my soul
to take me away from her
not caring for my hunger
they stole me from her
mother mother mother
I cried at the window
cried forever till tears
became the ice on my soul
Thomas
We called him Thomas the doubter
His hands were clenched clawed
sinus bare and unforgiving
his left thumb missing
taken by the threshing machine
he loved me too much
loved me in a way that was wrong
he made me doubt all men forever
His hands were clenched clawed
sinus bare and unforgiving
his left thumb missing
taken by the threshing machine
he loved me too much
loved me in a way that was wrong
he made me doubt all men forever
Louisa
My foster mother was a warm fuzzy blanket
who held my grief between her big hands
she told me my future often she said
you wont have children your afraid
of spiders how did she know this
she would not let me into her soul
she shielded me from her world
I grew in freedom unaware of
the suffering she endured
Louisa was and is free
who held my grief between her big hands
she told me my future often she said
you wont have children your afraid
of spiders how did she know this
she would not let me into her soul
she shielded me from her world
I grew in freedom unaware of
the suffering she endured
Louisa was and is free
walking back thru time
if only I could remember the dream
where the images and words flowed
if only i could remember the dream
where I walked thru my own death
in heaven there is no suffering
in heaven there is no pain
nasty words or need to say sorry
walking into a hail of bullets
is an earth based reality
in heaven there is only light
where the images and words flowed
if only i could remember the dream
where I walked thru my own death
in heaven there is no suffering
in heaven there is no pain
nasty words or need to say sorry
walking into a hail of bullets
is an earth based reality
in heaven there is only light

The Moon Between the Mountains
The marmots whistled whistler
I hope they are still here
Grandmother moon woke me
To walk into my own dream
Whistler.....strange name
Grandmother Moon
I stepped into your light
In whistler between
the mountain peaks
you glide across the
night sky between clouds
they say the history of
the day gets written
across the sky them clouds
tell us the days news
Grandmother Moon
You are the big cheese
in the sky and I am
blessed this night to
meet you up close
from the Cascade Lodge
room 408 perfect
angle of alignment
between two mountain tops
you glide in the gully
between big so big
I sat up in bed and almost
screamed Oh my God
the moon look at the moon
and my husband woke up
he too saw the moon
and we both slept as he
muttered
your moonstruck my dear
I hope they are still here
Grandmother moon woke me
To walk into my own dream

Marigold
My Marigold was closed down
by jack boot RCMP pharmacists
baring some bill of legislation
marigold can no longer compound
natural medicines for healing
we are in the dark ages again
Marigold who are you marigold
the man behind the desk was
gentle and kind intelligent wise
the goons of the pharmacology
wrecked the store shelve order
throwing medicines into boxes
they are a law until them selves
I go next door to the politican
demand that he correct this matter
but he is a critic of indian affairs
so I left a note for him to act
my natural medicine that I need
for my gland sits on a shelf or
maybe it is thrown into a box
they have some law some bill
that gives them the right to
enter a busy place of healing
and close them down them
men in suits of pharmacology
they take away oil of oregano

Birds Singing
I rise with the dawn chorus
Take my body for a walk
To pee naked I stand
on soft green grass
all of me flows south
and the birds singing
get away from here
get away form here
get away from here
Mammy used to say
to me in her way
a little bird told me
she said when I
doubted her insight
a little bird told me
so sweet mercy of life
the bird know more than
we know
Take my body for a walk

Eternal
Man I have been around for ever
reincarnated in Ireland many times
now I am here in Canada home
but not home yet I came too far
west it is not where I belong

now I am here in Canada home
but not home yet I came too far
west it is not where I belong
Shift the dog
Everyone thinks I stole this dog
as if a dog has no mind of his own
I remember when he first came by
this strange beautiful being he was
pulling a chain with a wooden log
freed himself from some post
I had no idea who he was then
or who he was to become to me
years later I recalled my vision
realized it was him I saw then
he walked into my life unnoticed
I gave up taking him home again
now he sleeps under my boat
and refuses to eat wild salmon
he is an Ontario dog for sure
He is my guardian spirit and I
do not own or ever will own him
Like me he is a free wild soul
as if a dog has no mind of his own
I remember when he first came by
this strange beautiful being he was
pulling a chain with a wooden log
freed himself from some post
I had no idea who he was then
or who he was to become to me

The yogi masters
Breath of fire kundaline yogi
opened up portals of my soul
oh you kundaline masters I
am an old dog trying to learn
new tricks but I am a quagmire
of emotions untamed and strong
my ego will be the death of me
I want to breathe in the fire of
healing but my left arm aches
that dam bastard surgeon in
Campbell River hurt me more
accused me of being mental
because I have feelings I was
hurt. I was attacked at dawn
and drugged into death for
three days.The doctor says
get over it and do not repeat
this information again he says
just say you were injured
I was attacked at dawn by
officer Mark Hunter and he
handcuffed me into emergency
where I was drugged with
hadol and activan strong
enough that I slept for three
days. Do not speak of this.
My arms have not worked since
except when the yogi master's
master did internal surgery
microscopic magic I say
I drove on the ferry before
loading time at dawn a
bloody simple mistake and
my life gets ruined by pain
arms are necessary for life
my left feminine side is sad
sore and wounded Kundaline
masters I call out to you
opened up portals of my soul

Change
What has to be endured
is the aftermath of death
He put a bullet in his head
now he comes to me silent
almost visible I sense him
he does not speak any words
but he is there I know he is
I am not scared of him at all
He was a sensitive man blamed
for many crimes he may have
committed or not who knows
I sense him in death at ease
that is the sheer beauty of it
I feel warmed by his presence
is the aftermath of death
He put a bullet in his head
now he comes to me silent
almost visible I sense him
he does not speak any words
but he is there I know he is
I am not scared of him at all
He was a sensitive man blamed

Death
I am courting you death seriously
life has lost its meaning to me
there is nothing exciting or brave
here on this island and my safety
has been compromised by traitors
of the worst kind mean nasty folk
who lie cheat and steal emotions
dysfunctional hard hearted souls
have invaded my county dwelling
my fault of course I invited them
The yogi master warned about it
so perhaps this path is good now
to see the true nature of evil on
the road well traveled lies deceit
surrendering myself to inner truth
is not a bad thing at all in the end
there is only love and love is all
life has lost its meaning to me
there is nothing exciting or brave
here on this island and my safety
has been compromised by traitors
of the worst kind mean nasty folk

Country lass from Ballyheather where
the buttercups melted into green grass
and the rain fell soft and warming
born on a wet day in summer singing
all the time singing to the cows at
milking time in the barn or in field
grew up in a bliss filled beautiful place
heaven on earth and the water still
runs from the mountain stream forever
grew up in the time of revolution
in the time of guns bombs and bullets
watched walked waiting for it to stop
went to New York at twenty years old
music filled the air theater and dance
Canada was dull compared to America
had to come here to wake the place up
stand for the ancient rain forest my name
alone on an injunction to jail many good
kind compassionate brave people
Met Robert Kennedy told him off
accused him to negating the spirit
Peter Garrett of Midnight Oil offered
to spring me from jail for $1500
Canada never said thank you....
no mannered place is here
Walked peace across my homeland
walked across native land Kah Na Tah
walked down the road the other day
with Alexandra Mortin for salmon
maybe their is hope yet for Canada

Trying to remember
Maggie's farm I called Denman
I saw horses and buggies
I saw native people walking
in the mist from another time
It was nineteen ninety four
the place was locked down
like a school playground
Only a few real people left
who spoke out their minds
not afraid to offend anyone
free thinkers connected real
we saw them die over time
Jimmy Smith fisherman
Its late I am tired distracted
they were here though
laughed and danced more
before that they were

Where have these fake phony folk come from
did they close down some middle class ghetto
in some distant Ontario town of school teachers
middle class well heeled dumbed down idiots
with no original independent thoughts beyond

Not farmers not back to the land at all no these

Cant Say
Can't speak my truth anymore
people have become hard hearted
stiff upper lips and code to ethic
forget it forget your not in control
who who lets love in these days
who tells the truth of their own
solitudes only our art can save
us now art is all there is now
paint a picture in words in words
I was attacked at dawn in winter
he was in a uniform a peace man
no he was in uniformed disguise
he broke my left shoulder tendon
brute strength will do that rip
he was a violent man in uniform
the doctor said seven years later
take this pill you wont feel any
more pain your tendon will hang
you wont feel any more pain and
stop telling this story of yours
there is another side he said
another side to this story
the local doctor reported
I was excentric
even by Denman standards
I lived this side of the edge
wow what a judgment I say
she would never be herself
i mean excentric who uses
words like that to describe
another human being
and then to say she knows

getting the wains ready for

I searched for my wife she

the police tried to stop me
looking for my daughters
he sent me behind the line
I ran back only the priest
caught me and welded me

When the pain gets too much
I washed his blood from the front steps
congealed deep dark red cherry colored
that was all that remained after he put
the old rifle to his right temple bang
he fired the gun into his head to stop
the dragon that was always chasing him
He was a brilliant man funny little man
From an old tribe of Romanian gentlemen
Men of a good principled determination
He could fix anything he was intelligent

Eartth tremor
Sunday after noon we were
sitting down to dinner
the clock said five we
were alive the house
was quiet in glimmer
of evening tide
The boy spoke up and
said aside his mother
made me shimmer
says I to him sometimes
my son your mother
can be bother
It happened then right in
the space the house
began to shimmer
the beams of weight
that held the roof
fell into sway above us
Holy God in heaven
Mother please forgive us
If these beams sway
another inch we are in bother
The house was big the earth
much bigger

I Fall to my knees
I fall to my knees with all the love I have found in my life
in the moment of my own passing I will say thank you
to my husband Greg who has walked my lifetimes with me
thru thick and thin we have come from the ethers of time
he was my son who I brought into life and had to leave
we wrote our love in the sky the natural law the luck of the draw
flame keeper soul seeker of manifestation of many journeys
we are the omega and alpha of at least one star in the sky
he is my yin and I am his yang spining and spining in time
the older I get the more I feel the pulse of my own time
death beating in the background and I know its only a
matter a matter of time till I close my eyes on this world
my mother my father and I have two of each and many more
guiding me directing me and watching me grow into the woman
I have become from child a dreamer I have always been.yes

I came as a dreamer and as dreamer I will leave to journey

Cancer Cure
New promising but old cancer drug rediscovered in Canada, Something fishy about fish, Does sugar cause wrinkles?, Heike’s corner
For information on Dr. Hulda Clark and her protocol go to www.drclark.net
------------------------------------------------------------------
Dear Guest of www.drclark.net!
by The Dr. Clark Information Center Team
As Dr. Clark stated in her latest book: “The Cure and Prevention of all Cancers”, cancer can be cured and not just treated.
Dr. Clark reported that scurvy was once a dreaded disease, as much as cancer is today. Now we know that scurvy is a simple vitamin C deficiency disease. It doesn’t even require medical care. It is noteworthy that all the medical care given at that time did not save the scurvy patient. But the women of a Native American Indian tribe, the Iroquois, knew how to prevent and cure, not just treat this disease, and to do it quickly, in days.
It took 400 years from the discovery of its cure (1535) to the use of the cure by the public in the early 1900's. Yet it had even been published in medical journals many times. Today, we all know how to prevent, not just cure this dreadful disease: eat fresh fruit and vegetables. It is not medical advice. It is nutritional. It took the unrelated orange juice industry to bring it to the public's attention in the early 1900's.
Why did it take so long to put into practice a simple cure, the eating of fresh fruit and vegetables? The medical profession was waiting for absolute “proof” on its own “scientific” terms. The cure was called “controversial” by medical professionals, giving it a bad reputation. Had they known, sick persons and their families would not have waited for the resolution of professionals or commercial conflicts. Their priorities hold life dearer than financial interests, or analytical reasoning. And ordinary people, not able to read the medical journals, had no way to even learn about the controversy.
Is history repeating itself? Find out by reading the “New promising but old cancer drug rediscovered in Canada” below.

1. New promising but old cancer Drug rediscovered in Canada
The redeveloping of this new promising but old cancer drug may not fit into the business plans of pharmaceutical companies as this old drug costs only pennies a dose. This old drug is called Dicloroacetic acid, “DCA” in short.
Dr. Evangelos Michelakis added this powdered drug to the water of rats that had been given human cancer and noticed that after a few weeks, 70% of their brain, breast and lung cancer decreased in size leaving no side effects.
This old drug revives energy producing components of human cells allowing them to work normally again while triggering cancer cells to commit suicide.
But it could be a great problem to get this old cheap drug on the market as it has no patent and is not owned by any pharmaceutical company. Therefore drug companies will not be interested in funding a study that won’t give them a profit and it could cost up to a $100 million to get it through all the phases of certification testing.
In any case, this drug is very promising and we will see what happens. Watch the 3 minute video here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=OpRkIW5u3bM&feature=related.
2. Something fishy in imported fish
Almost all the seafood found in the US supermarkets today comes from developing countries such as Thailand, Vietnam, China, Indonesia or Costa Rica. Eighty percent of seafood found in the US is imported and is taking over the US market. The FDA inspects and tests less then 1% of these imports and has found much of it to be filthy and containing banned chemicals. Many shipments are rejected. Fish from Vietnam is sometimes farmed in sewage.
One of the few States of the US where a seafood safety testing program is implemented is Alabama. The Alabama laboratories have found imported fish often contain illegal food substances such as “Malachite Green” which is known to cause cancer and birth defects. Foreign fish growers also give antibiotics to fish produced in overcrowded ponds. Consumers take in these antibiotics with their seafood dinners.
The US fish farmers play by the rules but cannot compete with the cheaper seafood imports because of the many cuts taken by foreign producers on safety. Though the illegal food substances and antibiotics may not cause problems immediately for the consumers, in the long run severe health risks are at stake. For more on this subject, watch the 3 minute video here:www.youtube.com/watch?v=p0F8x4i5GYE&feature=related.
3. The liver flush
Dr. Clark’s liver flush was described in detail in last month’s e-zine. I was happy to receive a lot of feedback on this subject (over 80 emails in one day). Some have sent photos and further testimonials on this cleanse to the point that I have een able to add a new page to the liver section on our informational website with the liver stone photos received from readers and a new page with lab reports. I will be happy to receive further lab reports stating that the stones analysed are actual liver/gallbladder stones. I will post all these on our informational website for the benefit of all readers. See these new pages here: www.drclark.net/en/cleanses_clean-ups/liver_cleanses/liverstone_photos.php www.drclark.net/en/cleanses_clean-ups/liver_cleanses/labreport.php.
A common question asked several times after last month’s liver flush article is if it is not necessary to first do the parasite cleanse followed by the kidney cleanse before doing the liver cleanse. Yes, it is best to do these two cleanses before the liver flush. Dr. Clark stated that in this way more stones will be expelled. However, in the event of an emergency health situation, Dr. Clark would always make the liver cleanse first among priorities.
And remember, as you have success with a liver cleanse, send me pictures of your results and if possible a lab analysis report. This will help us to validate this important procedure.
4. Seminars
You can find the upcoming seminars here: www.drclark.net/en/seminars.php
5. Saliva Tests
In last month’s e-zine we mentioned that saliva with its mix of proteins, hormones and antibodies – can tell a lot about a person’s health. New devices to test saliva are being developped. Dr. Clark had done this for many years with her diagnostic device, the syncrometer.
Let’s interview NP Heike Siemes, who tests many saliva samples with the syncrometer.
Question 1 – Why do you do saliva tests?
Heike: to see if the body is burdened with harmful pathogens or solvents, pollutants, etc.
Question 2 – What are the advantages of doing a saliva test?
Heike: the person does not need to be present, so I can test a person no matter where he lives and the sample can be kept for re-testing.
Question 3 – How does one send in a saliva sample?
Heike: It should be put in a „sterile“ small glass bottle. It should be filled with 2 teaspoons of morning saliva before brushing one’s teeth.
Question 4 – What do you test on a saliva sample?
Parasites, bacteria, pollutants, solvents, metals, fungus, viruses, micro and macro-organisms. I also test if the excretory organs are working properly.
For a saliva test you can contact Heike Siemes here: sanavital@bluewin.ch
Or you can register directly through the registration form here: www.sanavital.ch/pdf/RegistrationForm.pdf

6. Heike’s Corner – Let’s learn more about Dr. Clark’s protocols
Heike Siemes, Clark therapist, naturopath and nurse from Germany, is a firm believer in Dr. Clark’s methods. She applies the Clark protocol extensively according to Dr. Clark’s techniques. For this reason we have granted her a section on our e-zines where she will write small reports about aspects of Dr. Clark’s protocol.
Report from Heike Siemes – Germany
The Diagnose and therapy (part 2) This part follows “The Diagnose and therapy (part 1) of last issue:
The Body’s Environment
The body usually has an acidic environment, this should be changed. To do this a good basic/alkaline powder or basic/alkaline diet is necessary even though the latter often produces insufficient results. As a basic powder, I recommend ALKALAN ®. It is important to check the pH value in the morning which should be between 6.2 and 6.8.
When the body is in a basic environment, the detoxification works a lot better.
A change in diet is important , especially the avoidance of pork.
Why is it important to avoid pork?
The protein structure of the pig is very similar to that of humans, our body does not recognize this protein structure as foreign and stores it into our cells.
When you consider how pigs are kept and how many hormones and antibiotics are given to these animals, I don’t think many more convincing words need to be said.
Now that you have finished the kidney cleanse and taken the liver tea, you can now move on to the next step.
Parasite program
Assuming that the detoxification is working, you can now start to kill the parasites.
You can do this with Dr. Clark’s parasite program (18 days). - See parasite program here:
www.drclark.net/en/cleanses_clean-ups/parasite_cleanses/parasite_chart.php
Unfortunately, the Ascaris parasite is very difficult to kill. For the treatment of roundworms, the mop-up program is recommended. See here: www.drclark.net/en/cleanses_clean-ups/mop-up_programs/mop-up_program.php
Zapping is very effective. However please bear in mind that after 1-4 hours of zapping you should take digestive enzymes otherwise micro-organism growth and fungi may occur from dead parasites.
Liver Cleanse
This is an extremely effective program penned by Dr. Clark, I always recommend it only after the parasite cleanse!
www.drclark.net/en/cleanses_clean-ups/liver_cleanses.php
Detoxification
The elimination of toxins is carried out with vitamin B2 and magnesium.
Bowel cleansing
The intestine needs to be restored by a bowel cleansing www.drclark.net/en/cleanses_clean-ups/bowel_programs/bowel_chart.php
and may be further strengthened with probiotics.
The intestinal flora should be in order before starting with the removal of metals, otherwise the released metals will be reabsorbed by the intestinal mucosa.
Removal of metals (Metal chelation therapy)
Now that you have changed your body’s environment from acidic to basic, strengthened your excretory organs killed the parasites, and started detoxing your organs, what remains are the metals. They are an extremely important factor in illness! Assuming that your teeth have been restored and all other programs have been carried out, you may begin with the removal of metals. There are several ways to remove metals. Dr. Clark did this with sulphur-containing amino acids, vitamin C and selenium, which also detoxes heavy metals. Zinc plays an enormous role in the detoxification of heavy metals, since mercury and lead inhibit the function of zinc.
In addition to the sulphur-containing amino acids, which can be considered as a "mild" detox treatment, the removal of heavy metals can also be carried out through a chelation therapy by an experienced chelation therapist. Chelation infusions may take up to 3 - 4 h per session, but are extremely effective.
I had a patient who did many years of self-treatments. He had weak kidneys and took a drug to detox heavy metals. – In my opinion, what happened to,in his case was that he did not excrete these metals and they were reabsorbed by the body. The excretory organs were not clean and therefore could not excrete properly, even though blood parameters showed no particular increase in kidney values. This condition increased free radicals, which in turn damage the cells.
Instead he should have first strengthened his kidneys for a longer period of time before starting with the detoxification of heavy metals. The detoxification of metals burden kidneys and liver, thus special care must be given and these organs always need to be strengthened by tea or herbs.
ONE SHOULD ONLY DETOX HEAVY METALS UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF A QUALIFIED THERAPIST
I hope to have given you a little insight into my work as a Clark therapist. Please remember that the excretory organs MUST always be in good-working conditions before detoxing, otherwise toxins will not be eliminated but only shifted around in the body.

7. Too much sugar can cause wrinkles
Experts now believe that a lifetime of overeating sugar can make skin dull and wrinkled. A natural process known as glycation, in which the sugar in your bloodstream attaches to proteins to form harmful new molecules is called advanced glycation end products (or, appropriately, AGEs for short). The more sugar you eat, the more AGEs you develop. The good news about sugar-damaged skin is it's never too late to turn back the clock. This article: www.msnbc.msn.com/id/21257751 gives five steps to eat right and keep your skin looking its youngest.
It is also vital to be careful about what we put on our skin as many synthetic ingredients found in the traditional skin-care products contain harmful and damaging chemicals.
There are many so-called “Natural” or “Organic” products on the market. This labelling can be deviating as many of these products DO contain chemically synthetic products. ”Cristina,
I found a cure for platelet problems for a patient that puzzled me for 6 years: MANGOSTEEN FRUIT JUICE
I met a nutritionist in the US last year who made the suggestion
I use the juice made from Mangosteen which brought his platelet count back to normal
R W (contributed from a Clark therapist of the Cooks Island)”
”I first found out about the Liver flush from a recipe book handed down through three generations of my family that dates back to Victorian times. The flush is done with Epsom salts, grapefruit juice and wait for it Castor Oil. Guess those were the ingredients available in New Zealand at the time. I was also told by an elderly relative that the reason all old homes in NZ had a grapefruit tree was so the women could do their liver flush regularly.
I also have a second copy of the same recipe, given to me many years ago by an elderly Doctor, who had also had the recipe for the liver flush handed down through three generations of Doctors. He told me that it was used in NZ Doctors before surgery became available for gall bladder problems and he had seem many large stone passed safely.
Three years ago I became a Diabetic and it was noted that my liver function tests were abnormal. I also had a liver ultrasound done which had hyperechoic areas, (which would relate to small stones in the liver ducts) and fatty liver disease. That was enough for me. I got out the old family recipe book and did the flush using olive oil in place of cod liver oil.
Thousands of grit like stones were passed and I repeated the process every six weeks for over about a four month period. To my Doctor’s amazement my liver function tests returned to normal, and he is now starting to listen to what I have been saying.
One year on I recently noticed a slight rise in my liver function tests so repeated the Liver Cleanse. Just a few stones and chaff. The tests have been repeated and are now back to normal. I do not have stones as evidence but I can if you wish provide copies of my Liver Function Tests.
I am aware that many people are being advised not to eat grapefruit because of the potential malabsorption of the Statin drugs, and we are now seeing many people with Vitamin D deficiency. I have an excellent reference in relation to all aspects of nutrition:
Manfred Urs Kock’s book “Laugh with Health – the Complete Illustrated Guide to health, died nutrition, natural foods and recipes. (1996) 16th Reprint Merino Lithographics Pty Ltd, 18 Baldock St Moorooka Queensland 3105
This author promotes “ half grapefruit a day, makes fat go away.” Although I am unable to find it today, but there is also mention of the Diabetic being unable to assimilate fats and if I recall correctly Vitamin D leading to stones in the liver, so I hope there will be continued research into the value of the Liver Flushes.
The recipes that I have are similar to that promoted by Dr Clark but utilize only 3 ingredients – oil, Epsom Salts and fresh grapefruit juice.
Kind regards
B H “

CERTIFIED organic products instead contain no synthetic chemicals at any stage of the production chain, beginning with growing, harvesting, storage, transporting and processing, through to the final ready-for-market product. Ways have also been found to preserve the product by natural means through the application of herbal and plant extracts.

Fustration
I am a singer and a poet but I have lost the ability to do both with the depth I seek to find in my own soul. I am not inspired anymore to create or make and I decided to erase what I had written as I realized it was all so terribly dull and boring and not authentic. I reacted to everything around me whereas true poetry needs to come from love and from the soul. My soul is not with me. I left it somewhere in Ireland when I was very young. I am a ghost.
