Ancient Hag

Once I flew to Belfast to give solace to a man in intensive care
" All healing lies with you and you can heal your broken body"
Later that afternoon he had a nightmare dream and screamed loud
He said an old hag appeared at his bedside and scared him awake
She was bent and had the face of a hawthorn bush like no other
He said she came from deep in the land to his bed and woke him
"All healing lies within your own soul son -mend your own bones"

Charles Ferris took my watch and held it close to read vibrations
"Your a very old soul" he said "I see men around you dying"
I thought of my brother Norman and my brother Noel and all my
other brothers dying and wondered why am I here,who am I
Oh Charles I said "I don't want to be old,I want to be young"
"That is your dilemma daughter, your self is like a bicycle
wheel,the center is your soul,the spokes your life and journey
you have to center your journey with the purpose of your soul
become one with that deep well of your existence by meditation"
