Waiting for each one to come back from underground
the love in palpable as each one emerges to the top
back to the earth surface back to fresh air and light
around the world a sigh of relief gratitude and joy
men being born from the womb of mother earth
men coming back from the deep in a round tube
each one wearing dark glasses to protect eyes
what an effort of all involved what a journey
when so many die this is a story of power
this is a story of a people who have suffered
down thru time and now they get to really
celebrate the love that is current and strong
around we the world we midwifed them back
men from the heart of mother earth men alone
