I want to go to Africa

I want to walk in fields where giraffes peer over tall bushes
I want to dance with the band Juluka and Johnny Clegg
Oh I want to walk the whole world over and visit all
the people of this incrediable great blue planet of ours
let me sip tea in China and FEEL THE AIR OF JAPAN
walk the middle east and dance down thru Africa go
visit Credo Mutwa and look into the eyes of children
come up thru south america walking all the way and then
across the land bridge and go to Russia and then Tibet
I could spend every day walking ten miles for the rest
of my life or i could write a poem every day for the
time and let my dreaming take me there let me fly
or life or death let me be free to go in and out of
every shivering brooke of water oN this MOTHER EARTH
